A Tea for every hour. Pairing Your day with intention

A Tea for every hour. Pairing Your day with intention

Let’s clear something up,  choosing tea shouldn’t be guesswork. It’s about rhythm, not rules. Here is  how we think about it.

Morning. Clarity and awakening.

The morning asks for presence, not panic. You need something that clears the fog without the shake.

For a clean, focused start:
Sheng Puerh like our Big Tree Sheng Puer (Snowy Mountains), it is bright, alive, and clarifying. It’s like a window opened in a still room.
Matcha, Nishio, ceremonially whisked, it delivers calm, sustained alertness. No crash, just clarity.
Yerba Mate- either it is Rosamonte Traditional or Canarias in a gourd. This is your morning fuel, packed with fortifying energy. Drink it before noon. Trust us on this one.

* A note on caffeine.  Don’t assume white tea is “light.” Our Gaba White Tea has presence. Caffeine content depends on leaf, steep, and spirit, not a color.

Daytime. Depth & Steady Flow

This is the space for exploration. Your mind is awake, Your tea should keep it engaged.

For sustained focus:
Taiwanese Oolongs are your versatile companions. Dong Ding (Competition Grade) for structured, roasted depth. Bao Zhong for a lighter, floral lift.
Black Teas like Qi Yun or Volcanic Black Tea Tian Mei Er offer warmth, perfect for a mindful pause without slowing down.
Shu Puerh in Bamboo or Tangerine (Ganpu Cha)-  familiar, comforting, and grounding..

Evening. Unwind and quiet the mind

This is where we lay the stimulants to rest. The goal is comfort and gentle closure.

For quieting the mind-
Gaba Oolongs are remarkable. Yu Shan Gaba or our Gaba Oolong Tea Cake are processed to enhance GABA, promoting calm focus and gentle relaxation.
Roasted, Aged Oolongs like Charcoal Baked Oolong or the 2009 Aged Jin Xuan Cake offers deep, toasty, mineral comfort. They pull you inward, not onward.
Caffeine-free options-  Blue Tea (Butterfly Pea Flower) is visually serene, subtly earthy.

These are suggestions, not commandments. Some days call for a bold Shu Puerh at night. Some afternoons need the serene focus of a Gaba Shen Puerh. Listen to Your own  energy.

And if you’re ever unsure, just ask. We live in these leaves. We’re here to help you find Your rhythm, one cup at a time.
