Tea and Teaware
Orders containing physical tea products are shipped across Latvia and the EU via Omniva parcel service.
- Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery time (Latvia): 1–3 business days to Omniva parcel lockers or home delivery.
- Delivery time (EU): 5–10 business days, depending on destination country.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
- You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Masterclasses, Tea Ceremonies & Events
These are experiential offerings , no physical shipping applies.
- Upon purchase, you will receive a booking confirmation by email with all relevant details (date, time, location or access link).
- Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout.
- For rescheduling or cancellations, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.
