Chinese Tea Ceremony- Gong Fu Cha

I went to China to learn this. Came back with a diploma, yes, but more importantly, with a love for the ritual that never fades. Gong fu cha is not just a ceremony, it's a philosophy of mastering a skill through repetition, patience, and presence. I keep practicing because precision is a living thing: lose it for a week, and the tea knows.

What we'll do

We'll sit with a gaiwan or a small clay pot, and I'll guide you through the gong fu cha way, multiple short infusions, full attention, leaves that unfold like a conversation. You'll watch, you'll taste, you'll feel why I keep coming back to this practice again and again.
