Cold Tea Brewing Masterclass

Heat is not the only way. Some leaves reveal their soul only when given time and cold water. I've been brewing with patience  and I'll show you what happens when you let water work slowly.

What we'll do

We'll taste cold brews I started 8 hours before you arrived, so you can feel the smoothness, the sweetness, the clarity that heat can't touch. Then, you'll brew your own: long‑cold infusions, plus the art of melting ice over Japanese green teas, drop by drop. No bitterness. No shortcuts. Just pure leaf expression.
