Aged Jin Xuan oolong is a rarity. Most of this beloved cultivar is enjoyed young for its aromatic, milky profile. Only a handful of producers set it aside for long-term maturation. This tea cake is therefore not just a beverage, but a piece of history. 

Brewing Suggestions:

• Use: 5-7 g per 150 ml

• Temperature: 90–95°C 

• Method: Short steeps starting at 20-30 seconds, increasing gradually. Gongfu style recommended to appreciate its evolving layers. Yields many stable, rewarding infusions.
