Aged Tea Masterclass

Some teas are born. Others are made. And then there are those that earn their wisdom over decades, tucked away,  waiting. My stash includes puerhs from the 1980s, aged oolongs, white teas that have turned amber with time. Each session the lineup shifts, depending on what I've been hunting lately. One thing is certain: some of these leaves have been alive longer than you.

What we'll do

We'll sip, boil, steep, and experiment because old tea doesn't give up its secrets easily. I'll show you how different brewing methods wake up these sleeping gems. We'll talk chemistry: how time transforms tannins, sugars, and aroma. And we'll enjoy the kind of tea you can't buy just anywhere.
