Produced from tea leaves harvested this spring in Menghai County, China.
In the production of this tea, a 6-hour anaerobic fermentation process was used, which gave the tea its characteristic aroma and taste. As a result, we have obtained a tea that is ideal for those who appreciate the characteristic flavors of GABA tea, but are in search of new and unique taste sensations.
Unlike standard sheng puerh, this GABA sheng puerh has a distinctive floral and fruity flavor devoid of any astringency. The taste is smooth and soft, with hints of honey and vanilla.
