Rosamonte, despelada Yerba Mate

Rosamonte Despalada 500g is a mate containing mainly leaves and without twigs. The leaf/twig ratio is kept to a minimum, but about 10% of twig content is retained for easier preparation. It has a characteristic, incredibly dense, without aggressive taste and aroma.

Thanks to the specific treatment, Rosamonte Despalada 500g retains its density, aroma and taste for a long time during infusions. In it, you will find light sweet notes, in perfect balance with notes of smoke. It is produced by the selection of raw material, moderate smoking of the leaves and their careful crushing. Subsequently, the finished raw material is mixed with the right amount of young dried twigs, stalks and flowers.

Rosamonte has been a small family plantation producing yerba in Misiones, Argentina since 1936.
