GABA tea is a unique category developed in Japan and perfected in Taiwan. Produced by exposing tea leaves to nitrogen during processing, it naturally accumulates high levels of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) associated with relaxation and stress relief. The result is a smooth, mellow tea with a distinctive sweet and fruity character. Our GABA selection includes white teas, oolongs and puerh from Taiwan to China.
